WISCONSIN-ILLINOIS TITLE

In practically every arms-length transaction in Wisconsin or Illinois, the seller

is obligated to provide an Owner's Policy of Title Insurance to the buyer,

insuring that the buyer has received good, clear title to the property. 

Furthermore, a lender will require a policy of title insurance, to be paid for by

the buyer, to insure the lender's mortgage as a valid, enforceable lien against

the property. As a licensed agent for Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG), Wisconsin-Illinois Title is authorized to write and provide title insurance policies for sellers and lenders in a wide range of transactions.
